[Bug] Fix the names and logo of O3D foundation

Current Behavior
Right now we name O3D foundation as O3DE foundation which is not right, O3DE is a project under the foundation called O3D Engine.
And the logo is not correct too.
Expected Behavior
Correct the name and logo of the foundation.
