i"m testing Ketaros Classes Improved, the ranks here are extended to brigadier, the problem is that initial perks given at squaddie rank are repeated on corporal

This issue doesn't appear in NPSBD.

Could not replicate this bug in isolated testing, assumed conflict with something else, closing.
