Mining balance problem on the main network

I am currently trying mining on the network with the address in the wallet, but there is no balance and it gives me zero, knowing that on the explorer it gives me the actual balance, so please fix the problem.

I have tested this version and there is no issue with the balances being displayed incorrectly.
As balance requests do not change in real time, if your balance is in mining and in a state of high frequency change, you can refresh it manually by simply scrolling down your list of transactions.
I have done this more than once and no balance appears in the wallet
Can you send me a screenshot of the home page?

I'm guessing it's a network issue . Does the loading flag take a long time to disappear on the mobile requesting data? Is there a red toast at the bottom indicating a network error?
No problems appear during opening, downloading and reloading the page, but the mobile version of Android has a rather old Android 5
