[Beta Finding] Escrowed IOUs are not reflected in IOU balance inside the app

Environment

• app version 3.0.2

Workflow

If I have, as example, 400 EVR in my account. Now I create an Escrow of 20 EVR.

I would expect my "balance" in the App to show now 380 EVR.

It still shows 400 EVR. The LockedBalance is not deducted from the actual trustline balance.

But if I have 1000 XAH and I do escrow 100 XAH, my balance will show 900. I expect the same to happen with escrows tokens.
