Xcode9.4.1 Ctrl+u/d not working, append at end of the line not working.

Operation

I am pretty new to vim and just downloaded XVim for my Xcode9.4.1. Seems like quite a lot of commands aren't functioning well.

h j k l works pretty well, but Ctrl + d , Ctrl + u to move the page won't work. try to append at the end of the line won't work either, it will just append at the second last character instead of the last one.

gg won't work either, seems like a lot of commands aren't working?

u for undo won't work.
