Very interesting app, only supports hostname?

Hello,

Could you add support for the parameters as well?
Some testing and develpment environments don't have a different subdomain, instead they only change some GET parameters in the full URL.

Would it be possible to add this kind of feature?
Something like this:

website.com/main?realm=PRODUCTION
website.com/main?realm=DEVELOPMENT
website.com/main?realm=TESTING

Is it possible to achieve this?
