Optimization fix?

Whenever I load this mod, the game takes forever to load. However, once it's loaded into the game, it runs smoothly.

It comes from the game needing to remake the giant texture map that it uses, once remade it loads faster. This mod adds a lot of textures, I cannot prevent that fact due to the very nature of it being a texture pack.
