When rtx_allowrtxflashlight is set to 0 the flashlight still works for some reason

The addon still initializes the flashlight anyway even though I set it to 0, you can see this in the video if you check the console.
I also restarted the game and checked to make sure it was still set to 0 and the issue persisted.
