Problem with using cookies

I'm not sure what the problem is, but when I try to use my cookies.txt file, a bunch of blank files are attempted to be created. They are all overwritten by each other when using -w, none of which are actual files from a user's gallery or favs. It might be something to do with the formatting of cookie.txt, but I'm using the exact extension that was recommended for Chrome. Any thoughts?

Update: I changed my theme to the newer version and that seemed to fix the problems. I was able to use the old theme just fine when not using cookies though, which is weird.
