What repository is progress in for dnf/yum?

The README claims progress is installable via dnf/yum on RH-derived systems. What repository is it found in?

Same question. Can not install it on Almalinux 9 via dnf install.

I've just updated the README to remove "redhat-generic" instructions, since I can't find the package on Redhat 9 either. I'm not even sure it was ever provided, in facts! (can't find it on 7 and 8).
