Settings appear blank

Hoi4 launches with it as not responding and the settings are blank so I can't put it on fullscreen on launch. What gives?

I changed it in settings.txt, but the game is still frozen. Probably a hoi4 issue and not the launcher.

Try to run it without any mods or leave it for while but keep the game focused cuz it happens to me sometimes. Also if you want to launch fullscreen from launchcer add the launcher as a non steam game and as additional launch arguments in steam type -fullscreen, because settings are not yet implemented. I belive that works.
I just opened the issue and it just got closed xD.
