About real dataset to test

Dear authors,

different datasets has diferent the number of bands. I want to know how to conduct the proposed method in real dataset. Usually, a trained model to test on real data.
In real dataset section, why the authors use Wald protocol to create the training data. In my opinion, it doesn't have labels. Please explain the problem.
