Add the ability to toggle extension ON or OFF

It would be nice to have the ability to press a button or trigger a toggle that would turn off everything.
This would be useful if for example you are working with a QA environment and wanted to take a screenshot of the whole page without including the ribbon in it. Then after you are done you would turn the extension back on.
