Error on downloading files

I tried to run the download script via HTTP way. However, most of the files are not reached (HTTP 5xx error ).
The downloaded files are also have 0 byte.
Can you help me to solve the problem?

I found the problem too. Maybe the dataset is invalid?

I have the same problem. Do you know if this is true for all files?
