TCPDF instead of TCPF line 91 from file publisher/language/english/main.php:
define('_MD_PUBLISHER_ERROR_NO_PDF', 'TCPF for XOOPS not installed in /class/libraries/vendor/tecnickcom/tcpdf/

replace with:
