Adding homebrews and delay time

When you add a homebrew to the menu, you can accidentally remove slots (games, special entries). When you select a homebrew to add, it has a delay until the homebrew actually gets added to the slot you're on.
If you quickly select another slot (a slot that is already occupied) before the homebrew gets added, the slot will get replaced with the homebrew.

I also noticed the delay may be annoying, but didn't think anyone would get to glitch the menu in that short time period :P
Anyway, I plan to reduce that delay (it is a constant in the code that can be easily changed)
