Is this safe to download and to use? I really don't want any more problems on my pc

Yes downloading and running XploitSPY is safe it won't harm your server or PC but use cases of XploitSPY are totally for research purpose and if you use if for any illegal use XploitWizer and its member are not responsible for that, so use at your own risk
