Tooltip no longer shows data from all guilds.

Prior to this last update, if I hovered something in my bags, it would say

Spirit of War
Avella: 10
Pilots of the Exodar: 58
Total: 68

Now it shows:

Spirit of War
Avella: 10

Avella is not in Pilots of the Exodar, but I need to know how many Spirit of War Pilots of the Exodar has as that's my personal guild bank where I store all my crafting materials. It's on the same realm and the same faction and I have access to it on several other toons on the same account. And if I put some Spirit of War in Avella's guild it does properly show that they are in there while I'm on Avella or any other toon I have in Avella's guild, but does not show them as being in Avella's guild while I am on a toon not in Avella's guild.

The checkbox for "Display [Guild] items only for currently logged in character." is unchecked so it should show all the Spirit of War in all the guilds any of my toons have access to, but it doesn't. I tried putting a check in the box to see if maybe the box was backwards, but that didn't make it show them, so I removed the check from the box again. It's like that checkbox does nothing now.

Hopefully you can find and fix this because it's driving me crazy not knowing without searching for it how much stuff I have in my personal guild bank.

If the guild is on the same realm it should be showing even if they aren't in the guild. It sounds to me like there is some sort of conflict going in the tooltip if it's showing in the Details view.

Can you please upload here your BagSync.lua found under your WOW installation. You may need to zip it up. You can find it at the following location.
WOW INSTALL Directory\_retail_\WTF\Account\<your account name>\SavedVariables\BagSync.lua

Okay this is truly odd. I'm unable to reproduce the issue. I even went out of my way to create a character on Velen. I altered the database to incorporate my character and add a few Spirit of War as well in mailbox to count. No matter whatever tests I do Pilots always shows in the tooltip correctly. None of my tests makes the guild hide from the tooltip, so I'm a bit perplexed as to what the issue is, especially since I can't reproduce it. Obviously something is wrong on your end so we are going to have to work together to track it down.

Please follow these instructions as I need data from your client since it's the one causing the issue.

When you login DO NOT CLICK ON , HOVER YOUR MOUSE, OR SEARCH for any item especially Spirit of War. The cache must be empty.

Type /bgs debug
Check "Enable Debug"
Make sure only "DEBUG", "INFO", "TRACE" and "SL2" is selected.
Press "Clear"
Open the BagSync Search window and search for "Spirit of War" or hover over ONLY "Spirit of War" in your bags.
Click "Export" and paste the first portion here.
Press "Clear"
Hover another item in your bag, then back to Spirit of War. I want to make sure it's not the cache causing the issue.
Press "Export" and paste the second portion here.
Select all the text and copy Ctrl+C and paste it here Ctrl+V, or you can take a screenshot up to you.

it's not just Spirit of War, or Pilots of the Exodar. it's every item on every toon. and every guild I'm in on any toon. I hope you can figure this out.

Right now there's 1 Spirit of War in Clan of Woe, 58 in Pilots of the Exodar, and 13 on Avella.

This is really odd. In both sets it never iterated the guild in the TallyUnits, just the characters. That is supper weird.

Let me do some checks and I'll get back to you on some more tests. It should be processing the Guild but somehow on your end it's disregarding it entirely, which makes no sense.

Okay try that version of BagSync. If you don't know how to install addons manually, just extract that to following directory. (You may want to delete the BagSync that's already there or you can overwrite it, up to you.)

We are going to try the same steps above with one change. We are adding SL3 to the list of debug output. I want to make sure the guilds are even being parsed. I think I know the cause but it's odd that it's causing an issue in logic.

Okay so the changes I did worked? Odd.... it shouldn't have caused a problem in the first place. I'm baffled. XD I think it has something to do with the fact that it knows you are in a current guild and was bypassing all others to only show yours. Which makes no sense because I added checks for that. Hence it worked fine for others but not for you.

Just verify for me that the current changes work and I'll push the update then.
