When sorting by endorsements or approvals, it uses a string sorting algorithm rather then sorting numerically.

Also- need to display carets for sorting order.

Fixed sorting- issue was actually due to a multi-sort option enabled, and it was not clear the first column was already being sorted. Corrected issue.
