Level select keybinds

Writing up an issue so I can document my thoughts on how a good keymap would work

Need buttons for:

• Changing rate of song ( +, - and modifiers for different rate steps)

• Navigating through songs (arrow keys, page up and down)

• Switching through scoreboard settings (Q, W, E)*

• Preview, Mods, Ruleset (A, S, D)*

• Cycle library mode ( 1 )*

• Change sort mode ( 2, shift + 2 to reverse )*

• Change group mode/manage collections/manage table ( 3, shift + 3 to reverse )* -- Shift 3 should work even in other views ?

• Select scoreboard for keyboard navigation ( Z )*

• Quick manage table ( X )*

• Quick manage charts ( C )*

• Random chart ( R )*

• Add comment ( F )*
