Upcoming Events control shows events happening after 6pm on the next day

Description
Events that are scheduled to begin at 6pm or later on a given day correctly show the configured date on the actual Event's page, but the Upcoming Events control will wrongly show the date as the following day.
For example, an event on the North Suburban YMCA created for November 30th, starting at 7:00 PM Central, was displayed on the homepage in the Upcoming Events section as happening on December 1st.
Repro Steps
- While browsing anonymously, go to https://www.nsymca.org/ and scroll down to Upcoming Events.
- Note that Understanding Shoulder Pain is showing to happen on December 1st, at 7:00 PM.

- Click on that event to be navigated to https://www.nsymca.org/events/understanding-shoulder-pain.
- See the true date of the event is Wednesday, November 30th. The time is correctly displayed as 7pm.

Expected Behavior
- The date is defined in the backend for https://www.nsymca.org/events/understanding-shoulder-pain as November 30th, 7pm - 8pm.
- The Upcoming Events display of this event should also state Nov. 30th and not Dec. 1st.
Actual Behavior
- The Upcoming Events display of this event should is incorrectly showing Dec. 1st.

Hi @TomScarboroughYMCA ! 5Jars looked into this issue, and we weren't able to replicate it in the Distribution. I re-checked the website with the identified problem, and it seems to have been resolved on their side. I think we can close this issue unless you're still seeing it on another association site.
