Edit/Delete partners on swiping

We need to get rid of the edit/delete buttons in the partner list to place the Add button (FloatingActionButton) in a app-like manner.
Edit/Deleting should be available on swiping a partner:
- if swiping a partner to the right, two buttons should appear (edit/delete) with proper colours
- action is triggered on click (not on swipe to the end)
