Easier reporting of historic results

Background

When reporting multiple historical results (results from a date that is not today), it is rather tedious to e.g. select the date every time, since it's being cleared along with other fields every time after the entry is added.

Solution suggestions

• Separate page for adding historical results
• Provide an option to not clear the date field after adding an entry
• Provide an option to not clear other fields after adding an entry?
• Simpler Player selection: list instead of dropdown for fewer clicks
• Allow goal input via keyboard instead of dropdown by default
