Init: Initialize Organizations

Maybe what yappy could do is detect all of the repos in a organization when you add https://github.com/Pumptato-Development or maybe a different organization and then it would automatically add all of the repos from the organization then whenever it detects there is a new repo it adds it.

I'm guessing I'll do the "new repo" part whenever I get to Organization events.
