  1. Take impure steel and run it through the entire Mekanism 5x ore processing chain. This gives 5 ingots.

  2. A separate process that requires no tech. Using only Botania and possibly Tinkers or Reliquary, turn mana steel into steel.

  3. Another separate process using the multiblocks mods: Magneticraft and Pneumaticraft. This one should feel really awkward to people used to magic blocks. If Prodigy Tech is ever added, use that too.
