I was able to build word_count, however I am getting an error when I try to run it local. I'm not sure I understand because it seems like the jars are in the classpath in the executed command below.
I'm running Storm 1.0.1.
Any ideas?
pyleus local --debug word_count.jar

Is storm 1.0.1 supported? I noticed in the install docs that it references 0.9.4.

Ok it looks like it isn't supported. The classes are not longer in backtype.storm.topology,
