can't connect to gateway and receive devices

I got a gateway 3. i have tried to get password and entered i uppercase, together with lowercase mac. no luck.

i also tried to set bind address. also not working.

even tried to set gateway ip address directly.

none of the above gives any errors. devices simply report values and that's it.

i see no devices in homekit. can anyone help with this?
