Need clarity on what basis dupagents command work

I am trying to simulate duplicate agent in mesh portal.

In mesh agent installed folder deleted the .db file and then in mesh portal duplicate got generated as given below.

But when I run dupagents command from My Server > Console, it says "No duplicate agents in log."

Also, agentstats command gives duplicateAgentCount as 0.

Wondering on what basis it decides agent as duplicate.

MeshCentral version used : 1.0.79
