@e0ipso mentioned some issues that exist with the module
drush migrate-status did not list the migrations
drush migrate-import --tag=migrate_default_content did not run the migration but
drush migrate-import --alldid
Entity references for that module do not work. For example the recipe node and the tags

Those issues don't seem present anymore.
The umami project took a different direction instead of using this module so closing
