[Question] How can I send message to user first?

Hello,

I have this flow.

• User Subscribe to "Personolized News Bot" -> Bot response with ok.
• Then each day I will send some news to concrete user. (he is subscribed ) - ????

Accords to the docs I know how to "responds" to user messages,
but I didnt find how can Bot send message to user First (not as response)?
