Support for non media files

Currently TorrServer only support media files like mkv mp4 and so on, It would be great if we can also download other file types.

It`s support but not in ui interface
For example open link
https://github.com/YouROK/TorrServer#examples and view stat
After get the stat link to response json with file_stats and in it list of files with id
then open the play link and set the file index in it from file_stats
