tag + addTarget

섹션이 1개 이상이라면 tag를 설정하면 중복문제가 발생함.
간단하지 않은 경우, 또는 확장할 가능성이 있는 경우 cell의 closure 또는 delegate를 이용하는것이 좋을듯 하다
