Returns invalid codes on some cards

I just loaded up the same CAP file onto two different Java cards and I'm seeing them yield different codes for the same times.
- Generates correct codes: J3D081 from Smart Card Focus (JCOP ID:
smartmx-m3b.03.83-NX212A) - Generates incorrect codes: J3E145 from Almex (JCOP ID:
smartmx-m40.03.61-NX250B)
I haven't yet dug down into why this might be happening yet, but wanted to go ahead and document the aberrant behavior.

I noticed that the Infineon SLE78 I have on hand seems to also give incorrect codes. I bet this has a simple fix, but I haven't figured it out yet.
