I see some value in these PR articles so will address in Annoyances. There are still ways to acesss them even after blocking (e.g. the top 特別企画/PR, some side blocks such as 取材・インタビュー) and I don't block these (if there's no other way to access, the rules would be adeed to Paranoid than Annoyances).
