Issues with downloading assets

hello again, after i got it running on an emulator and successfully downloaded the assets, it runs great but after putting the client on my mobile and started downloading the assets, it says "download error has occured" so i went ahead and try to do a fresh install on my emulator and it seems to say the same thing and there's no 404 on the terminal either

so i accidentally set the config.json cdn server to 0.0.0.0 and after setting it to my ip now it works
