Multiple backup-with-borg instances

Maybe this is the result of some upgrades, but I currently see 2 instances of backup-with-borg, in
/etc/yunohost/apps/borg/conf/backup-with-borg and /var/www/borg/backup-with-borg (whereas it used to be in /usr/local/bin)
I'm not sure this is intended / documented... but weird, at least.
