For some reason, Google search doesn't seem to work ?

Reported irl by madiwas ... Despite enabling Google, it seems to be ignored
Found this topic https://old.reddit.com/r/Searx/comments/te4rcu/why_google_search_wont_work_with_my_own_searx/ which mentions to enable use_mobile_ui in searx's configuration ... but it's not clear how to do so (I don't find any line in the existing conf)
However, manually tweaking /opt/yunohost/searx/searx/engines/google.py, use_mobile_ui = True (instead of False) does fix the issue (after restarting the service) but is not convenient because it's gonna get overwritten after upgrade
