Dear Akagawa-san,
If I want to achieve your second sample.(mouse to arduino ,arduino to phone)
How can I do ?
Do I have writing an app to support or just writing Arduino code?

There is no ability to bridge the USB device to this library.
And this library does not support USB hub.

Your must make Arduino based mouse device.
