ghcr.io Images aren't being tagged for some reason

For literally no discernible reason, the latest tag on ghcr.io hasn't been updated in ages: https://github.com/Yuuki-Discord/Yuuki-Bot/pkgs/container/yuuki-bot/3732914?tag=latest
The runner logs say that they are tagging and pushing the right manifest, and the Docker Hub image is working fine with the same config... so why?
