Dockerize Yuuki

We should create a docker image for Yuuki, most likely pulling from 2.7-alpine as a base. We should also create a docker-compose.yml so that the redis image can be pulled in as well, already set up for usage.

It's currently unknown what volumes will cover what, and as to how the initial setup script will work.
