Do I have to use the same brand, model ram module as you, or is every ddr3 ram compatible with your software?
In the PCBA prototyping, I used SK HYNIX H5TQ4G63 as in the design, which operated out of the box.
It is still in stock at LCSC.
Many DDR3 chips will work.
But I'd like to recommend using the same series of DRAM.
- H5TQ4G - 512MB
- H5AN8G - 1GB
When ram changed, should i change adreses?

Today, we started to make another PCBA prototype based on Yuzuki's design.
I had to modify the design in several parts due to component shortages.
And I added PoE and some more connectors.
