Describe the solution you'd like
Add -s# command line parameter that will launch the game (will be especially useful when launching single maps with -map parameter since single maps don't show skill selection menu).
E.g. raze.exe -file DUKE3D.GRP -s1 -map 1.map will launch Duke with Piece of Cake difficulty.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Always show skill selection menu when starting Raze with -map parameter
