There are several 404 errors in the documentation

Thanks. I see now the pages they mean to link to do exist, but the linked URLs are wrong. The right URL is e.g. https://zgis.github.io/semantique/_generated/semantique.datacube.STACCube.html (the "_generated" part is missing in the linked URLs). Will fix asap
