check potential use of Dropwizard

http://www.dropwizard.io/ is used for the VeraPDF REST API, ZUV will probably use that verapdf feature/repo. Check if that can be used as basis for the receiver-part of ZOX to serve as adminstrative web interface.

Alternatives (?) like JHipster (mainly CRUDs?) and Spring Boot don't seem to fit as good.
