Codelists: Typecode error with minimum/basic validation

In the forum https://www.zugferd-community.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=51 they say that a basic invoice with typecode 380 (incorrectly) validated as not correct because 751 should only be the only value for minimum, not for basic invoices, which sounds right.
