Volume buttons: Next page shows the end of the page and Previous page shows the beginning

Hi! I'm reading my manga on ONYX BOOX Edison eReader via Jidoujisho. It's a bit small, so I hold it horizontally.
My problem is with the Volume buttons. When I turn the next page it brings me to the bottom of the page, but when I turn the previous page it brings me to the beginning.
Didn't notice the problem when swiping, but it's really inconvenient for me to swipe on my eReader - the page pans first and turns only on a second swipe.
