Enhancement: Icon

Problem: The current icon is pretty basic. It doesn't look as good in the extensions list as well as the activity bar.

Solution: We could replace it with a better icon that is consistent with the current Visual Studio Code built-in icons. I could design an iconset that will serve the extension better.

I created this issue because I'd like to know whether the icon changes will be merged with the upstream. That way nobody has to waste their time. :)
