Unify `CONSTRUCTOR_KEY` and `TYPE_KEY` for service messages

There is miss understanding between service(hardcoded) messages and messages that loaded from schema. Need to use CONSTRUCTOR_KEY instead TYPE_KEY and add TYPE_KEY value.
