F-15 coefficients for yawing moment due to rudder deflection elevator

CNDRDe should be a function of (alpha,beta,elevator) - however this would require a 4d table.

Need to fix this, either using the multi-dimensional method that Jon Berndt wrote about, or to separate these out into separate lookup tables that can be combined.
