F-15C and F-14 (develop branch) Lights cause "black bubble"

This always happened with the F-15 and some change on the develop branch in the F-14.

For some reason the lights cause this black bubble.
Happens with Generic=0/1 and SkyDome=true/false.

Doesn't happen on Rembrandt.

Perhaps an adding a condition that checks if Rembrandt is enable or not somewhere will fix this?

WoodStokk observed the lack of <animation><type>noshadow</type>…</animation> for the light definitions. Not sure if that would fix the problem.
